Art Elfouly treats every letter, application and enquiry as private correspondence. The information you share reaches only the curatorial office and the international council reviewing your file.
What we collect
Contact details, the biographical material you choose to include, and the portfolio files you attach. Nothing more is asked of you.
How we use it
Solely to review your application, arrange a residency or retreat, and — with your permission — to keep you informed of forthcoming seasons at the château.
Sharing
Files are never sold, published, or shared with third parties. They are seen by the council alone.
Your requests
You may ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion of your record at any time by writing to info@artelfoulyresidency.com.
